In a healing, the practitioner will generally work within the energy surrounding your body which means it can be completed fully clothed with minimal gentle touch. Our energy field (or aura) is a complex system of electro magnetic energy that forms an unseen energy field surrounding our body. At the centre of this energy field is the chakra system that consists of concentrated energy centres that process, transform and distrubute our energy throughout the body.
When the energy field is not working effectively or is lacking in vitality and strength, we may feel tired, sluggish, mentally or emotionally unbalanced, easily stressed and with a lack of direction or motivation. These conditions can lead to more serious physical health effects and can be all indications of more chronic health issues in development.
